Conrad W. Judy III
University of Maryland, College Park (B.A., Government & Politics)
University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D.)
Conrad W. Judy III earned his B.A. in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2005. He earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in May of 2011, becoming a member of the Maryland bar in December of 2011.
While in law school, Mr. Judy served as a law clerk at Cohen, Snyder, Eisenberg & Katzenberg, P.A. in Baltimore, Maryland. It was during this time that Mr. Judy developed his passion for advocating for victims of negligence. As a member of the Maryland bar, Mr. Judy has represented hundreds of clients in general tort litigation in both the District and Circuit Courts. Those matters ranged from automobile and trucking accidents, to premises liability, assault and battery, animal attacks, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death/survival actions. From Fall 2015 through January 2018, Mr. Judy worked for an insurance company, where he learned many things from that perspective. The most important thing that he learned during his tenure with the insurance industry is that his heart remains on the side of those injured through no fault of their own. Mr. Judy returned to advocating for victims’ rights, joining McCarthy, Winkelman & Mester, LLP as an associate attorney in February 2018.
Mr. Judy’s current practice areas include general tort/personal injury litigation and medical malpractice. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice, Inc., Anne Arundel County Bar Association, Baltimore County Bar Association and Baltimore City Bar Association. In his first year eligible, Mr. Judy was recognized as a Rising Star in both Super Lawyers and Baltimore Magazine publications. Mr. Judy resides in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife, Alison, and daughter Margot.
